bieber double mugshot

It is time for Justin Bieber to have an intervention. Forget all the Bieberlerious fans who say Bieber is only doing what 19-year-olds do. Throwing eggs may be a 19-year-old prank, but drag-racing a car under the influence of drugs and alcohol goes way beyond teenage antics. It is not only felonious behavior – it is also dangerous and fatal behavior.

Someone needs to come to Justin Bieber’s rescue. Clearly, Bieber’s handlers have lost control over him. Letting their 19-year-old, superstar get behind the wheel of a dangerous sports car with no license – under the influence of drugs and alcohol – is criminal behavior in itself.

Something needs to be done and quickly.

When movie-star, Paul Walker died recently from drag-racing everyone was shocked and said what a tragedy it was. Will Justin Bieber end up with the same fate one night? Bieber is too young to die because everyone around him was either too afraid to say something or were only worrying about their jobs.

Justin Bieber’s mother needs to step forward and take control. She needs to remove all the people who are promoting or turning a blind eye to her son’s reckless behavior. These are not people that should have daily access to Justin. She needs to get rid of the useless bodyguards and posse that follow Justin around 24-7 and help fuel his dangerous behavior.

And she needs to do it quickly – before she has to bury her son.

We have seen it all before with pop superstars like Britney Spears, Nicole Ritchie, Lindsey Lohan and others. Drugs, booze and badly-needed intervention took a backseat while their careers quickly tumbled. Some were saved – some were not.

Let’s hope that it’s not too late for Justin Bieber.

  1. Too much money and fame too young. Child and teen stars often seem to lead troubled lives as they get older. Whenever I hear about the latest teen sensation on reality shows such as the “Idol” or “Got Talent” franchises I worry that they will end up going down this road. Without strong family support many of them just don’t get by,

  2. He is an adult now so she most likely cannot control the bodyguards and such. I hope she is able to get him back on track before it is too late for him. Some real jail time might be the best for him or some type of court mandated group home.
